With over 25 years in the aluminium industry in a variety of roles the company founder can assist in ensuring a robust production, metallurgical and quality assurance process to deliver premium aluminium semi finished products.

My Biography :
A safety driven, positive, successful technical leader with a proven resume for brown and greenfield casthouse start-ups.
Working for some of the largest aluminium companies in the world in different capacities.
I have been part of new build, modernisation and migration processes. Supporting timely, professional and quality delivery outputs on medium and large scale projects. Leveraging expertise in the application of specific casthouse process, technologies, solutions, methodologies and project experiences.
I have previously demonstrated and delivered an Increase in EBITA, reduced aluminium production and conversion costs while focusing on several 'Continuous Improvement' projects that address the business need in an ever changing, lean competitive environment.
More recently I have led demanding CAPEX and OPEX projects, for example, carbon neutrality and aluminium recycling with the implementation of a CBS recycling facility and successful operational start-up.
A highly self motivated metallurgical engineer, logical with a methodical approach to projects that delivers results on time and in full.
A proven and trusted multi-cultural team player and leader with man management, motivating, interpersonal, communication and influencing skills.
I can work with OEM's, partners, customers or customers' suppliers to ensure future-oriented solutions.
A passion for business systems and customer focused excellence delivering current leading production methodologies such as Process Control, Six Sigma, SMED, CI and LEAN. Fully CI trained to Greenbelt level.

A highly experienced Asset Management professional with extensive background in ‘Industry Best Practice’s and maintenance transformation implementation.
Chris is a recognised professional in the field of Total Quality Management and Total Production Maintenance after successfully driving change in several varying businesses, notably Rio Tinto Alcan.
Being a leader of change, Chris has experience and implemented several business wide Asset Integrity Programs and developed and reissued company wide procedures and training.
A key member in Rapid Risk Reduction initiative using ‘Barrier Risk Management’ methodology.
Project managed major site closures with significant asset/inventory value retention.
An effective Engineering and Operations Manager with excellent leadership qualities. A proven track record in managing largescale projects to successful completion with generation and delivery of sustainable value.
